  Cellar Management

Cellar Management Course

Being responsible for the day to day running, maintenance and health and safety of a modern cellar is a highly responsible job roll. Get it wrong and you may loose custom or even kill someone. That is why we at the LTTA believe that all outlets retailing alcoholic beverages should insist on at least one member of staff being trained in professional cellar management.

This course also incorporates a practical assessment in the candidates place of work or our own training cellar. Presenting the opportunity to undertake a real assessment of candidates ability and understanding in a working cellar environment.

This has to be one of our outstanding and most helpful courses and is delivered by our Director of training who has over 30 years experience in the hospitality industry.

The afore mentioned course can be delivered in group format or on an individual one to one basis.
