The
importance of professional bar service is essential
for any hospitality outlet. Unfortunately bar service
in some venues can be very disappointing as many staff
members receive little or no training. We have a
tailored a one day training programmed to ensure all
your staff are professionally trained in all aspects
of bar service. As you will know from experience,
qualified staff can be a valuable asset to your
business. They make little or no mistakes and ensure
that your customers are dealt with proficiently and in
a professional and courteous manner. This training
programme is ideally suited for either induction
training for new venue openings or as part of your
ongoing staff development.
The candidates are required to sit a
multiple choice examination at the end of this course
to ensure their competence and are also assessed on
their abilities on various aspects of this training
award.
Candidates are awarded an (LTA)
Level 2 certificate in Professional Bar Service
proving that they are now an effective asset to your
business and understand how to deal with both general
bar duties and customers.
This course can also be run in
